What We Solve

Colleagues discussing a company threats presentation around a boardroom table with laptops

What we solve

We solve technology problems, and stay to make sure they stay solved.

You do not need to know the technology to work with us. Start with what is going wrong in your business, and we will work out the rest, fix it properly, and still be here afterwards.

01

Why does our system keep going down?

What it costs you. Every outage stops sales and stalls your staff, and the ones customers notice before you do cost you their trust as well.

What we do about it

We find out why it fails and fix the weak points, then put monitoring in place that warns us before your customers notice. After that we stay on call, so a problem is dealt with instead of discovered.

02

Why do our customers find problems before we do?

What it costs you. By the time one complaint arrives, many more customers have already given up quietly and gone somewhere else.

What we do about it

We watch your services the way your customers actually use them, from USSD menus and M-Pesa prompts to your mobile app, website and payment flows, and alert the right person the moment a journey breaks.

03

Are we one email away from a cyber attack?

What it costs you. Ransomware, fraud and data breaches usually start with a single message or a single weak point, and recovering costs far more than preventing it.

What we do about it

We stop malicious email and websites before they reach your staff, protect every laptop, test your defences the way an attacker would, and train your people to spot what still gets through.

04

Why is our email so unreliable?

What it costs you. When mail is down, full of spam or out of vendor support, work stalls and your security risk grows every day it is left alone.

What we do about it

We migrate, upgrade and support business email on a platform you control, with spam filtered before it reaches anyone. It is the work we have done longest and know best.

05

Why can’t our IT keep up as we grow?

What it costs you. Systems built for a smaller organisation slow everyone down, and every workaround quietly adds a new risk.

What we do about it

We rebuild the foundations to carry the load you have now and the growth you expect: dependable servers, virtualisation, and cloud where it genuinely makes sense for you rather than for a sales target.

06

If we lost our data tomorrow, could we get it back?

What it costs you. Hardware fails, people make mistakes and ransomware encrypts. Without a backup that has actually been restored from, any one of those can stop the business.

What we do about it

We set up backups that run offsite and prove they work by restoring from them, so recovery is a procedure you have rehearsed rather than something you hope will work.

07

Why is our team still working in spreadsheets?

What it costs you. Retyping the same information between disconnected tools wastes hours, creates errors, and leaves managers deciding without a clear picture.

What we do about it

We connect how your business really works: CRM and ERP, document management and reporting, and custom software where nothing off the shelf fits. If an existing product will do the job, we will tell you so.

08

Why are payments failing or going missing?

What it costs you. A failed M-Pesa prompt or an unmatched transfer is a lost sale today, a support call tomorrow, and a reconciliation headache at month end.

What we do about it

We build and integrate payment flows across mobile money, cards and bank transfers, and reconcile every transaction automatically so nothing slips through unnoticed.

09

Who do we call when something breaks at 2am?

What it costs you. A small IT team cannot be awake around the clock, and the problems that wait until morning are always the expensive ones.

What we do about it

We cover your systems under a 24/7/365 support agreement: monitoring, incident response, patching and changes, handled by engineers who already know how your environment is put together.

The technology behind it

How we work

We don’t just deploy technology. We stay to make sure it works.

Plenty of firms install a system and move on. Our engineers are still here when it needs changing, when it breaks, and when your team needs to learn it.

We start with the problem

You describe what is going wrong in plain words. We ask what it costs you before we talk about any technology.

We fix it properly

Certified engineers design and build the fix, and tell you honestly when a smaller, cheaper answer will do.

We stay to make sure it works

Monitoring and 24/7/365 support keep watch after go-live, so the problem stays solved.

We leave you stronger

Documentation, handover and certified training, so your own team understands what they run.

Proof, not promises

Problems we have solved, and stayed with

A few of the engagements behind our reputation for mail and collaboration. Client names are withheld on this website; references are available on request.

A national public service delivery programme

Staff needed reliable email that did not depend on an in-house team to keep it running, and a spam problem kept under control.

We licensed and installed Zimbra cloud mail with anti-spam protection, and took on its support under an annual agreement.

A hosted, supported mail platform with spam filtered before it reaches staff, and an engineering team that stayed on after go-live.

Zimbra mail collaboration →

A financial information services company

Their open-source mail platform needed recovering, and was running on a release that had to be brought up to date.

We restored the platform and upgraded it to a current release.

Mail service back in operation, on a current, maintainable version of the platform.

Technical support →

A national public commission

An ageing mail platform, and unwanted email reaching staff inboxes.

We upgraded their Zimbra mail platform and integrated anti-spam protection into it.

An up-to-date mail platform with spam filtered before it arrives, instead of after.

Email security gateway →

A public oversight office

Mail needed moving onto a properly licensed platform that carried the organisation’s own identity.

We licensed Zimbra, migrated their mail across and branded the platform.

Staff working on a licensed mail platform that looks and feels like their own organisation.

Tell us what is not working

It does not need to be a technical description. Tell us what is going wrong and what it is costing you, and an engineer will come back with a practical next step.
